I've been helping Charly again this year put together some footage together for the wrestlers. I thought it might be nice to share some of this here since it's not really professional website material. This is my "just for fun" photography. I liked these because I think they captured the emotion.

Timper may you rest in peace

Our family dog of 12 years has just recently passed. I remember thinking when I took this picture that it would be the last of him. I found Timper when he was about 7 months. His name was originally Jazz. Both mom and I thought that wasn't really his name and came up with something original for a dog. It suited him well. Timper was one of the best dogs we ever had. He loved to play catch and would bring the toy right back and drop it at your feet. We all played countless hours with him doing what he loved. It was better than playing a video game. Just to see the happiness in his eyes that you were taking the time out to spend it with him. He knew it was a treat and savored every moment. Timper was very obedient. He didn't need a leash to go outside and always came back when you called him. I remember one time that I put him outside late at night and forgot about him. The next day he wasn't there. We looked frantically everywhere and hung up signs with his picture hoping someone would bring him home to us. I thought we had lost him forever. But the next day he came back withs scratches on his belly and his collar gone. We suspected that someone found him and put him in there back yard to keep him but he got away and came back home. He had un conditional love for us. My family bonds well with animals. They are our family member and will always be cherished. Especially you Timper. We love you and miss you very much.

Christmas Family Pictures

This year we did not have the pleasure of using Dawni as our photographer.  It proved to be very challenging to be the photographer and in the photos with the animals.  The christmas card that you all are getting was taken at great risk.  Whiskers, the grey cat was quite scary.  Charly had to hold her down by her tale when I got up to situate the camera.  She screamed wildly.  All in all we got a few good ones but I wouldn't recommend doing it this way.  It's much easier with a photographer.  :)

Recent Family Trip

My parents and I just recently went to visit the G's and Uncle. Had a good time but felt a bit under the weather without Charly and Barney there. I don't travel well without them I guess. So here are a few of my favorites.

My parents.  I just love this one of the two of them.  I don't think I've ever been able to get this good of a shot of the two of them.  They don't like there picture taken so they would never make a special trip just to get pictures done with a nice background.

My Gramps.  He's 80 and still in great shape.  I just love that they are still around.

My uncle's living room.  I like the effect here so that's why I posted it.

My uncle shingled his whole house front to back all by himself.  It took him 8 years I believe.

My uncle...

I'm not very political but I thought this poster was different from the usual.  Of course I did the usual editing to give it this look.  So Republican's, please don't hate me because I put this up.  I just like it for what it is without meaning.

Weird random lady.  I liked her outfit so I snapped one when she wasn't looking.  I ended up liking it so here it is.

We had lots to celebrate this occasion.

This is the famous John Lasseter's father.  For those of you who don't know he's one of the creators of Pixar and is partner's with Steve Jobs.  Toy Story was one of his first creations.  John Lasseter is my mother's cousin and I guess that makes Paul (shown above) my great uncle.  I really think Paul is a nice guy.  We throughly enjoyed his company and all the great John Lasseter stories. My uncle prefers pictures of himself where the right side of his neck doesn't show.  Years back he encountered a life threatening illness that stripped from him a few everyday comforts.  His good looking neck was one of them.  Glad you're still here though neck and all.

My mom recently got a new camera.  I think most of it was to find a way to connect with me.  She was great at taking pictures and showing an interest in what I do.

Grandpa at the yard sales.  He always picks something strange up and tells the owner of the item what it is and how it works.

This was Grandma's find at the yard sale.

My cute grandparents.

My mom has such long hair.  I wish I could grow mine out but it just never works that way.
